This fall, the National Security Agency, the largest and most opaque component of the counterterrorism behemoth, will cut the ribbon on a billion-dollar facility called the Utah Data Center, near Bluffdale. The center, reportedly, will gobble up a galaxy of intercepted telecommunications.
